Screening of the company

As soon the application is received BAS staff plan screening of the company...…visit follows

The manager will be interviewed by BAS The needs for the project are going to be explored

Processing the project proposal

After the screening process BAS will proceed the project if the project meets BAS Programme criteria

Implementation of the project

If the project is approved, Implementation of the project follows. The contract will be signed between BAS and the company. Terms of Reference signed by the consultant would be part of the contract.

After the project implementation
